Xiaomi has officially
announced the rollout timeline for HyperOS 3.1, marking the end of an extended
testing phase across several of its devices. The update starts rolling out
today, beginning with the company's latest flagship smartphones and tablets.
Below is the official
rollout schedule, which Xiaomi shared on its Chinese community forum. Note that
this timeline applies to devices sold in China, and users in other regions may
receive the update slightly later.

HyperOS 3.1 Global Rollout Expected Soon
While this rollout timeline currently applies to
China, HyperOS 3.1 is also expected to reach global Xiaomi devices soon.
Relevant firmware builds have already been spotted on global servers,
suggesting that Xiaomi could announce the international rollout schedule by the
end of this month.
What's New in HyperOS 3.1
Although HyperOS 3.1 isn't a major upgrade, it
still introduces several useful improvements and refinements.
One of the key highlights is Super OTA, Xiaomi's
next-generation update mechanism designed to address one of Android's
long-standing pain points-slow and intrusive system updates. Super OTA enables
faster installations, smoother update processes, and significantly shorter
reboot times.
The update also brings:

including Gallery and Weather
Expanded lock screen
customization options
A more interactive
HyperIsland interface
Improved cross-platform
integration, including native Apple AirPods
support with quick
pop-up pairing and spatial audio compatibility on supported earbuds.
Overall, HyperOS 3.1 focuses on refining Xiaomi's
software experience with faster updates, smoother animations, and improved
ecosystem integration. While the China rollout has already begun, global users
can expect the update to arrive soon once Xiaomi announces the international
schedule.
